Roles & Responsibilities
n Managing regional branches across North India
n Responsible for achieving the Business objectives of the Zone / Region
n Managing Over 600 employees
n Heading both, the sales & the services Teams
n Ensure smooth inter departmental functioning and alignment of resources for effective operation.
n Environmental Scanning – information on the external environment that may impact the market plan in the region
n Complete responsibility of handling entire administration & Operations of Delhi Branch
n Interviewing candidates at senior level to meet the manpower requirement of the organization
n Retaining, building & enhancing the client relationships
n Responsible for cash-flow management, monitoring outstanding payments & Collections
n To be responsible for handling activities like :
- Direct Sales & Marketing
- Enterprise product sales & Promotions

JOB PURPOSE:

POSITION REPORTS TO: Business Controller

DIRECT REPORTS:

MAJOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Posting collection entries and reconciliation of bank ledger.
2. Releasing customer orders subject to customer credit limit.
3. Reconciliation of customer accounts on monthly basis.
4. Managing record of NCC (No claim certificate) received from customer on quarterly basis. Ensuring that NCC is received from customers within agreed timelines.
5. Preparing data for release of various channel schemes and price protection launched from time to time.
QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Essential:). B Com.
Preferred: CWA (inter), CA (inter)

· Proven track record of winning major projects for the vertical assigned.
· Should be a team player, able to handle a team of 20-25sales people pan India.
· Should have successfully achieved sales target for last 3 years.
· Should have in depth understanding of Enterprise / networking Solutions components.
· Should be having exposure of driving business with OEM partners CISCO, Nortel, Juniper & to build value added Solutions Should have strong leadership qualities with revenue driven approach.
· Having 10 or more years of experience in sales out of which at least 3-5 years at the senior level.
· Should be a graduate & preferably MBA from a premier institute.

Overall product marketing responsibility for the assigned products.
n Prepare operating marketing plan with product-wise territorial sales target
n Determine National Targets
n Prepare and analyze sales performance and summary report
n Ensure profitability and competitive advantage
n Ensure implementation of the marketing plan and achievement of sales target through effective co-ordination and techno commercial support to the team.
n Coordination with Regional Sales Team
n Should be able to achieve target for the assigned Vertical.
n Reporting to CHIEF SALES OFFICER

Immediate Goals
n Commitment to Achieve Business Target
n Scaling up our operations quickly
n Adequate Manpower recruitment
n Achieving optimum mix of SBU Sales.
n Quarterly Sales target to be broken down into weekly targets for proper implementation.
