Network
· Network expansion as per operator requirements
· Implementation of policies and procedures in the L2 centers and collection points through the executives and managers
· Ensure availability of infrastructure at L2 location in terms of
o Spares
o Manpower
o Infrastructure like PC, Internet etc.
· L2 center’s viability
· Regular training
Deliverables
· Ensure L2 centers provide 3 day TAT for end customers L3 level repairs
· Weekly meeting with state circle head of operator, minutes of meeting to be circulated
· Coordination with the concerned Nokia and operator’s representative to resolve customer complaints
· Telecom interaction with all operator’s CC Managers
Monitoring
L2 centers
· Customer complaints escalation
· Warranty claims
· Swap availability at L2 centers
· Spare parts availability
L3 Center
· Consistent repair output of the handsets
· TAT of 1 hour for customer sets and maximum 1 day for L2 handsets
HO
· Regular and timely reporting
INDUSTRY PREFFERED - Telecom
ESSENTIAL - Should have GoodTechnical skills
