Title : Regional Sales Manager
Line Manager : National Channel Sales Manager
Work Location : South India
Duties:
- Accounts Management. Handling Key Accounts like Reliance, TATA & MTNL.
- Plan and manage the company's Channel sales policies, procedures and strategies
- Responsible for Channel sales results and profitability within specified geographical/business area
- Drive company start up process
- Submit timely and accurate reports as required by line and functional management detailing all relevant aspects within area of responsibility.
- Interacts closely with other departments to ensure that Channel sales process functions effectively & efficiently
- Establish and develop an effective business relationship with customers and key accounts
- Develop a detailed understanding of customer's strategic business objectives and requirements
- Communicate effectively Corporate and Business strategies and values to executive level contacts and key decision makers,
- To engage and utilize cross-functional resources to develop and implement strategic objectives
- Strategic account management through Blue sheet and account strategy document
- Achieve year over year business performance objective improvements.
These duties are indicative of the role and are not exhaustive and may change to meet the Companies Business Objectives from time to time as required by Line Manager.
