Job Description
Position : Deputy Manager
Profile : CA with approx 2 years experience
RESPONSIBILITIES :

A) Excise - Daily Reports, Correspondence, Liasoning, Controls
- Monthly Returns, Payment of Duty, Accounting Entries,

B) Service Tax - Data compilation, Data verification, Transporter’s Bills
- Monthly Returns, Availment/Payment of Service Tax
Accounting Entries.
- Liasoning with Authorities.
- Audits by (i) Divisional Office (ii) AGUP (iii) Central Audit

C) Cenvat - Cenvat Receipt, Cenvat Availment
- NTM Bills Checking and Authorization
- Control over Reliance Godown Records, Accounting Entries
- Periodic Returns
- Liasoning with Authorities
- Audits by (i) Divisional Office (ii) AGUP (iii) Central Audit

D) VAT - Control over VAT Bills
- Availment / Payment of VAT and Accounting Entries
- Periodic Returns
- Yearly Audit, Liasoning with Authorities

E) Statutory Compliance's - Maintain the record of statutory compliance's for the entire factory
- Follow up monthly
- Retain original License /Receipts in safe custody
- Circulate the compliance's report monthly.
